Tom is the Chief Financial Officer at Tosh Farms and one of the newest members of our leadership team. He has over twenty years of experience managing operations and finance for family owned businesses.

Jay Oliver grew up on his family’s grain and livestock farm in Gleason, Tennessee. He attended the University of Tennessee at Martin after graduating from Dresden High School. Jay has been working in the swine production, feed and grain industry since 1998.
Eddie P. Allen
Eddie is the Farm Manager for Tosh Farms, Inc. and manages over 15 employees. As the Farm Manager, his main responsibility is overseeing the daily operation of our entire farm division.

Andrea Davis is the Accounting Manager at Tosh Farms. She began working at Tosh Farms in September of 2004 and manages all the operations in the accounting department.

Caleb is the elevator operations manager at Tosh Pork. He oversees grain purchases and commodity contracts which involves monitoring the market very closely.

Seth Krantz, DVM
Seth is the veterinarian for Tosh Pork. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from the University of Tennessee at Martin prior to receiving his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 2010.

Jeff is the Logistics Manager for Bacon By Gosh, Inc. and manages over 60 employees. He ensures that the transportation of Tosh Farms products, ingredients, grain, and livestock is carried out safely and efficiently.

Dianna Rosa is the Human Resources Manager at Tosh Farms. She began working at Tosh Farms in September of 2019.

Tony Stepp is the service manager for Tosh Farms. Tony has been with Tosh since 2013. He is responsible for all preventive maintenance as well as scheduling and repairs of semi’s, semi-trailers, trucks, automotive, and all forms of construction and farm equipment. He manages a team of 15 mechanics and four fuel techs.

Zach is the Feed Mill Manager at Tosh Farms. He is in charge of all aspects of feed production.
Adam is the Finishing Manager at Tosh Pork. He grew up on a family hog farm in Seymour, Tennessee.
